Product Description

The TAC 2 is a two-gang Zigbee smart switch — two independent capacitive touch buttons on a single 86mm glass or polypropylene face plate, designed for locations where two circuits share one switch point. It is one of the most commonly deployed switches in a Smartify home. Two buttons handle the everyday pairing: a light and a fan, two lighting zones, a light and a scene trigger, or an indoor and outdoor circuit next to a door. Each channel switches up to 10A independently, and both communicate over Zigbee 3.0 for sub-second local response through the mesh network. The slim 10.5mm profile and 86mm form factor mean it fits the same mounting box as a conventional two-gang switch — no special preparation, no deeper box required beyond 50mm. Available in black, white, and gold finishes. The TAC 2 integrates natively with Home Assistant and bridges to Matter and Apple HomeKit through a compatible hub. It suits bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms, and any room where the load count is modest but automation and voice control are still expected. The most natural upgrade path from a standard two-switch plate.
