Product Description
The DALI Gateway brings professional lighting infrastructure into the Zigbee smart home ecosystem. Buildings wired with DALI bus — offices, galleries, luxury residences, hospitality spaces — gain full smart control over up to 64 fixtures without replacing drivers or re-wiring. Dimming, colour temperature tuning, scenes, and schedules all become accessible through the same platform that manages the rest of your automation.
Installed on DIN rail in your electrical panel, the gateway communicates with DALI DT6 and DT8 drivers including tuneable white (Tc), XY colour, and full RGBWAF types. Its built-in DALI power supply delivers up to 250mA, though it can be disabled when your bus already has its own supply. A battery-backed real-time clock ensures scheduled scenes execute even during network interruptions — lights follow their timetable regardless of whether your hub is momentarily offline. The Ethernet port provides an additional integration pathway for commercial BMS systems.
At its core, this is a protocol translator: Zigbee commands in, DALI commands out. It does not power fixtures directly. For architects and integrators who specified DALI for its reliability and precision, this gateway preserves that investment while adding the convenience layer that modern smart homes demand. One gateway, sixty-four fixtures, zero compromise on lighting quality.
