In these terms, "Smartify", "we", "us", and "our" refer to AutoDeus Technologies Private Limited. "You" and "your" refer to the user, visitor, or customer.
2. Eligibility

- You are responsible for ensuring that your home's electrical wiring meets the minimum safety standards required for the products being installed
- Any structural modifications, additional wiring, or electrical upgrades needed beyond the standard installation scope will be communicated and quoted separately
3.3 Consultation and Demos
Smartify may offer free consultations, site visits, or product demonstrations. These are provided to help you make informed purchasing decisions and do not create any obligation to purchase. Any demo equipment provided remains the property of Smartify and must be returned in the condition it was received.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order
- Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing are subject to specific terms, limited availability, and may be withdrawn at our discretion
4.2 Payment
- We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other methods as displayed at checkout
- All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Smartify does not store your card or banking details
- An order is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel
5. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or remote location accessibility
- Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided
- Please inspect all products upon delivery. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted with the delivery partner at the time of receipt
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 Cancellations
- Before shipping: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Contact us at support@smartify.in with your order number
- After shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery
6.2 Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Products that have been installed, configured, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they are defective
- Certain products, including custom-configured systems and items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return
- Return shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns
6.3 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
- For defective products, we will offer a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs incurred
- Installation service fees are non-refundable once the installation has been completed
7. Product Warranty
- All products sold by Smartify carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page or included documentation
- Warranty claims should be directed to Smartify, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper installation (self-installed products), voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear
- Products installed by Smartify's professional team carry an additional installation warranty covering workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation
8. After-Sales Support
- Customers who purchase and get products installed through Smartify are entitled to ongoing technical support via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- On-site support visits within the first year of installation are included at no additional charge for Smartify-installed systems
- After the first year, on-site support may be chargeable unless covered by an annual maintenance contract (AMC)
- Remote support via phone, email, and other digital channels remains available at no charge
- Support coverage may be void if the system is modified by a third party without Smartify's involvement, or if non-compatible products are integrated without proper guidance
9. Website Usage
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from the website without written permission
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the website
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Post or transmit defamatory, offensive, or infringing content through any website feature

- We are not responsible for damage or malfunction caused by pre-existing electrical issues, voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, theft, third-party tampering, or improper use of products
- Smart home products depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, and power supply. Smartify is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, manufacturer server downtime, or changes to third-party APIs and ecosystems
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smartify, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our products or services, or violation of any applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
